Class Descriptions

Level 1 – For beginning students
Level 2 – For students who have passed the level 2 test
Level 3 – For students who have passed the level 3 test
Mixed Level – For all students
Open Conditioning – Cross-training and fitness for all students
High School 1 – For High School age students
High School 2 – For High School students who have passed the first test
Kids – For kids aged 5-7 or 8-10
